Seriously funny incident @Ghangaria
On the way back from 'Valley of Flowers' saw the cute little round face boy with chubby cheeks taking a few small steps forward, the boy stuffed his hands into the pockets of his jacket and we guessing as 'Pee-pee Boy' :-) :-). Quickly reaching into his jacket pocket, the little boy pulled out a match box and me burning with curiosity, stood by. I'm not sure how old kiddo really was[Guess 2-3 years]
He was so invloved never bothered to look around and I whispered "Yeah[A "friendly" voice]. He turned and placed the match box back in his pocket. With a Blank stare, did not step away from the place . We waited until he made a move and on calling the people around who did not initially respond[Question here for not responding spontaneously, was it!! did't understand the language/accent OR little is known of his activities] and on repeated say guy ran towards him.
Guy flaps his arms and carried him across. Crossing over he said to me, "Madam ji, koi baat nahi yeh toh sutta pi leta hai chupke se!"; pulled a Bidi out of his pocket and waved me. I was shocked to hear, just stunned saying 'OMG!!!' and holding hands over mouth in surprise stock :-(

Thats really surprising and what a irony in the land of culture and civilisation now getting burnt and destroyed.That small boy he is face of modern yet ruined and destroyed India!
daI see many of young boys in early teenage getting drunk. Its really bad.
